my role:
I am a co-founder of Geared2Give ,on the board of the directors, and consult and design for the brand and campaigns.

I am responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
